These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ichud 5786 (איחוד תשפ''ו) website (https://ichud5786.com) and its companion Android app (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

The Service provides the official directory of chassanim (grooms) and simchos for the Ichud community, lets members view the latest listings, and sends notifications about new entries. The Service is intended for members of the community and for informational purposes only.

Accounts and Sign-In

• Access to certain features requires signing in with your Google account.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity that occurs under it.
• We may suspend or revoke access to the Service at our discretion, for example in case of misuse.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, or related systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service.

We aim to keep listings accurate and up to date, but the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the content is complete, accurate, or error-free, and it may change at any time.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, design, and logo, belongs to Ichud 5786 (איחוד תשפ''ו) and is protected by applicable laws. You may not use our branding without permission.
